Assalamualaikum and hye bloggers & readers sekalian..okay actually zieqa nak bgtahu yg zieqa memang sangat2 suka baking..Most of my time, i spent for baking..its not a hobby but orang cakap satu kepuasan bila kita dapat siapkan a perfect desert or cakes. So today i'm gonna share my brownies recipe which is a really simple one for me..Why brownies? Because zieqa rase brownies ni tengah hot and trending sekarang kan..And another reason is most of brownies recipe are complicated. So i decided to share mine so that akak2 atau girls kat luar sana nak buat pon senang, tak leceh or sesiapa yang nak jadikan punca rezeki pon dapat buat dengan mudah.
Okay lets start :)
chocolate mixture
1 cup of dark chocolate
1 cup of milk chocolate
1/2 butter
1 tsp coffee powder
( melt together and stir well)
egg mixture
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/2 cup of castor sugar
(beat eggs and sugar at a high speed for about 4-5 min)
brownies mixture
1) Mix eggs mixture and chocolate mixture together in a bowl and stir well.
2) add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 3 tbsp all purpose flour
stir them very slowly. i mean VERY VERY SLOWLY
3) pour into pan with baking paper and baked for 30 mins at 170c.
Well i think thats all for now..for those yang nak mencuba atau dah cuba resepi ni can comment and those yg ade ape2 pertanyaan boleh terus comment jugak..Wait for my next recipe okay.. adios..muah ciked :)
